Free to join · a Tropical Refuge community for women who are done proving they're enough
A free community led by Mary · Tropical Refuge

You've done enough. You are enough.
Now — enough.

A free club for the woman who's spent her whole life proving she's enough — and is finally, gloriously done. Come put the scorecard down.

Free forever to start. Nothing to prove at the door.

For the woman who's done keeping score

The scorecard

There's a voice that's kept score your whole life. Its verdict never changes: not enough.

Never resting enough. Never giving enough. Never being enough — no matter how much you do.
guilty for resting guilty for saying no guilty for asking for help guilty for a day off guilty for putting yourself first guilty for not being fine guilty for needing more guilty about the guilt
The reframe

You were never not enough. You were just exhausted from trying to prove it.

What the "never enough" voice says vs. what's actually true.

It says

"I should be handling this better."

The truth is

There is no "should." You're doing the work of three people. Handling it at all is the miracle.

It says

"I snapped at them again."

The truth is

You've been everyone's calm for months with no one being yours. That's depletion — not your character.

It says

"I wanted a day where nobody needed me."

The truth is

That's not selfish. That's a body asking to be a person again — not a service everyone uses.

It says

"I haven't done enough today."

The truth is

You did enough before you got out of bed. Your worth was never on the to-do list.

Step one

Get your card. Put the scorecard down.

Join and your Certified Enough card lands in your inbox. It's a joke — mostly. Keep it where you'll see it, and let it settle the argument every time that voice starts up again: you're already enough.

The one house rule

You're allowed to be enough exactly as you are — and to stop proving it. The scorecard lied.

Your ringleader

Meet Mary.

Reiki master · master esthetician · recovering over-giver

Mary spent years believing she had to earn her rest — do more, give more, be more — until her body called it for her. She built Tropical Refuge on the opposite idea: that you were always enough, and the proving was the thing making you sick. She'll wrap you in a blanket and tell you the truth, sometimes in the same sentence.

"You don't have to earn your rest. You were enough before you did a single thing today."

Blessings, Mary

Join The Enough Club

Free to join. We'll never share your email, and we'll never make you feel bad for opening one late.

Bring the friend who texts you at 11pm — the club grows one enough woman at a time.

You're in, beautiful.

Your card's on its way. Now go put something down.

When it's more than a hard week

Sometimes the weight has roots — a divorce, a grief, a caregiving load that never clocks out. When it does, Mary works with women one-on-one, too.

No pressure, no pitch. The club is free and it's plenty for a lot of us. The deeper door is just there when you want it.

Before you join

The honest questions.

Two reasons, and we mean both. You are enough — full stop. And also: enough. Enough proving, enough keeping score, enough running yourself empty to earn a rest you already deserve. The name is the whole reframe.

No — and we'll always be honest about that. The Enough Club is a peer community and complementary wellness space: warm support, real connection, nervous-system tools. It is not medical or mental-health treatment. If what you're carrying is heavier than guilt or burnout, you deserve real care — a licensed provider, or call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Completely. Motherhood is just one door. If you're the daughter caring for a parent, the friend everyone calls first, the one who holds it together at work and at home — you're exactly who this is for. Every door opens into the same room.

Yes. Free to join and free to stay. There's the Refuge app and deeper 1:1 work with Mary if you ever want to go further, but it's never required and never pushed. The club stands on its own.

Lurk away. Read quietly, screenshot the reframes, never post a word. No guilt for that either — that's kind of the whole point.

One last thing

You've done enough. Come be enough.

Free to join · card included · every door leads to the same soft room.
